Open links in current browser instead of the default browser in Windows

I use many different browsers for different purposes. I wanted that all the links from irc would open in the current browser, which was open, and not in to the default browser. It was quite annoing, when the default browser started for opened links even if I had already some browser open. There is programs for this for Mac and for Linux, but not for Windows.

So I made a really simple program which does it. I use PuTTY for ircing and you can define with what you can open hyperlinks with (Window-> Hyperlinks). I use this program to open the links and the program opens them in one of the browsers which are open. If it doesn't find a browser, it opens the link in the default browser.
This program works in Windows and can open links in Firefox, Google Chrome and Internet Explorer. I couldn't get it to work with Opera. It's teseted in Windows 7 and Windows XP.
It's made with c#.

Program can be uploaded from Github. Choose there the downloads-button and there the exe-file.

Cafe Terrace at Night by van Gogh

I had looked a poster of van Gogh's Cafe Terrace at Night for eight years. It's really peaceful and nice. Full of the cool night feeling.
Then in one evening I noticed for the first time the yellow character in the middle of the painting. It was like a ghost, who was there suddenly and didn't belong there. It didn't really fit in the picture with the nearby tables.
And there was also this another character, which was opposite of this yellow person. It was completely dark and it was intimidating and made me suddenly feel uncomfortable. It was like this too characters were dueling, looking at each other and trying to win.
There were no mentions or analysis of this in the Internet so that I could have found, even if these characters felt so important to me. It was like van Gogh could have meant that these dueling characters really represent something. They aren't really humans, they are light and darkness. Representing all the bad and terrible inside the cafe and light, though it's eerie, on the outside. What is going on there?

What do you think?
